FIRE PROGRAM
Ritual, Spirituality and Ancient Wisdom
The Fire program is about transformation: the inner process through which experience becomes insight, and insight becomes change. It is the realm of ritual, intention, and depth, where psychedelic culture reconnects with its roots in ceremony, spiritual practice, and ancestral knowledge.
In this context, Fire brings together rituals, teachings, and guided practices that draw from diverse traditions while inviting personal responsibility and inner work. It is where the individual journey meets collective frameworks, creating spaces for reflection, release, and meaningful transformation.
Fire is about initiation. It creates the conditions for growth, for confronting oneself with honesty, and for moving through processes of change with clarity and purpose. It invites us to engage with the psychedelic not only as experience, but as a path of development, discipline, and embodied understanding.
UPCOMING EVENTS
PAST EVENTS
With the arrival of spring, we reignite the Fire program through Psychedelic University with an interactive talk: From Chaos to Clarity: Empowering Your Psychedelic Quest with Ritual and Intention.
This session explores the role of ritual, intention, and personal practice in shaping meaningful psychedelic experiences. Drawing from chaos magick and contemporary approaches to psychonautics, it offers tools for conscious exploration and inner transformation.
Guided by Mariana Pinzón, transformational coach and ritual designer, the session includes practical approaches to creating personal rituals, as well as insights into frameworks such as the 8 circuits model, supporting a more intentional and grounded engagement with altered states.
For our first German-language event, we explore Amanita muscaria, the iconic yet often misunderstood fly agaric mushroom.
Together with Ragau and Manuel from Heckenwerk, this session offers a grounded introduction to its nature, effects, and cultural significance. Moving beyond the common view of it as simply toxic, we look at its complex profile, current research interest, and traditional uses.
The talk focuses on clear, practical knowledge: how it works in the body, how to approach it responsibly, and what to consider when engaging with this potent substance.
A collaboration between Psychedelic Society Berlin and Heckenwerk – Rauch & Ritual.
This gathering invites the community into a shared circle of knowledge exchange and musical exploration. It offers a space to reflect on experiences with different plant medicines, including Syrian Rue, Ayahuasca, Copaiba, Sananga, Aroeira, Amanita, Blue Lotus, and Iboga.
Alongside this, the session opens a space for sharing healing music created for ritual and ceremonial contexts, allowing participants to connect through sound, memory, and experience.
Open to all, this circle is an opportunity to learn from one another, deepen understanding, and strengthen the collective knowledge of the community.
This session explores 5-MeO-DMT, one of the most powerful and controversial psychedelic substances, known for inducing profound states of dissolution and transformation. Alongside its potential, the risks associated with its use highlight the importance of responsible facilitation and informed practice.
Together with Chad Charles, creator of the Breath of Five method, this talk focuses on approaches to safe, ethical, and non-intrusive facilitation. Drawing from his work across psychedelic therapy, somatics, and contemplative practices, Chad offers a holistic perspective on working with this medicine.
The session invites a grounded conversation on how to engage with 5-MeO-DMT with care, integrity, and respect for its depth and complexity.
