WATER PROGRAM
Healing, Integration and Embodiment
The Water program is about integration: the process through which experiences are felt, digested, and woven into the fabric of our lives. It is the realm of healing, embodiment, and emotional depth, where psychedelic insights are not only understood, but truly lived and integrated.
In this context, Water brings together therapeutic spaces, integration circles, and somatic practices that support reflection and care. It is where experience is given time and attention, allowing emotions, memories, and insights to settle, reorganize, and find their place within the body and psyche.
Water is about restoration. It creates the conditions for softness, for listening inwardly, and for rebuilding balance after intensity. It invites us to slow down, to feel deeply, and to cultivate a grounded relationship with ourselves, where transformation can gently take root and endure.
UPCOMING EVENTS
This integration-focused evening invites a slower rhythm, offering space to sense, reflect, and gently weave experience into daily life. Through embodiment, focusing, and deep listening, the session supports the integration of psychedelic processes in a grounded and relational way.
Facilitated by Ohad Nave and Lisa Wessing, both bodymind therapists with long-standing experience in psychedelic work, the gathering creates an intimate environment for connection, awareness, and care.
Open to anyone wishing to pause, listen inwardly, and reconnect with what is present.
(No psychedelic substances are involved.)WATER EVENTS
GATHERING THREADS
Gathering Threads is Psychedelic Society Berlin’s approach to integration: a space dedicated to slowing down, listening, and allowing experience to take shape over time. Integration, for us, is not a fixed method but a living process. It is the ongoing work of making sense of what we have lived, feeling it in the body, and finding how it can meaningfully inform the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world. Rather than focusing only on verbal reflection, we approach integration as something that happens through multiple channels: embodiment, dialogue, silence, movement, and deep listening.
These gatherings create a contained and intimate environment where different forms of integration can unfold. Sometimes this means sharing and witnessing, sometimes simply being present with what is emerging. The emphasis is not on producing answers, but on cultivating awareness, allowing insights to settle, and supporting processes that are already in motion. Gathering Threads reflects our understanding that integration is not a single moment after an experience, but an ongoing practice. A way of staying in relationship with what has been opened, and of gently weaving it into the fabric of everyday life.PSYCHEDELIC ATTUNMENT
Psychedelic Attunement explores music as a tool for healing, integration, and transformation. It is a space where sound becomes a medium to process experience, regulate the nervous system, and deepen connection with oneself and others.
In this context, music is not only something we listen to, but something we enter into. Through carefully held listening spaces, live elements, and the sharing of medicine songs, the gathering invites participants to attune to subtle states, emotions, and inner movement. Sound becomes a bridge between experience and integration, allowing what has been lived to resonate, reorganize, and find expression.
This event reflects an understanding of music as an integral part of psychedelic culture: a carrier of memory, intention, and collective experience. A space to listen, to feel, and to reconnect with the transformative potential of sound as a living practice.TRANSCENDING BREATHWORK
Transcending Breathwork explores the breath as a tool for integration, regulation, and inner exploration. It offers a space to work directly with the body, using conscious breathing to process experience, release tension, and reconnect with deeper layers of awareness.
Within this program, breathwork becomes a bridge between psychedelic experience and everyday life. It supports the integration of insights through embodied practice, allowing emotions, memories, and patterns to move and reorganize in a grounded and accessible way.
Psychedelic Society Berlin hosts these sessions as spaces of connection, inviting diverse facilitators who bring different methodologies and perspectives. Each gathering opens a new approach to the breath, expanding the field of integration through shared exploration, presence, and collective practice.
